PAX Device Not Turning On – Troubleshooting Guide
Step 1: Check Battery or Power Connection
- Ensure the charger is properly connected to the device and power outlet.
- Use the original charging cable and adapter.
- Try a different outlet or a known working charger.
- Leave it charging for at least 10–15 minutes, then try powering on.
Step 2: Try a Forced Reboot (Soft Reset)
- Press and hold the Power button for 10–15 seconds.
- On some models, hold the Green (✔️) and Red (❌) buttons together until the screen lights up or reboots.
Step 3: Perform a Hard Reset (If Still Not Turning On)
- Disconnect the charger if plugged in.
- Leave the device unplugged for 2–5 minutes.
- Reconnect the power supply.
- Hold the Power button again for 10–15 seconds to see if it turns on.
Step 4: Check for Screen Backlight or Vibration
- If the screen stays black, check for vibration or LED light when pressing the Power button.
- If there’s vibration or sound, but no display, it could be a screen/display issue.
