PAX Device Not Responding / Freezing – Solutions

Solution 1 – Soft Restart (Reboot the Device) Steps:

  1. Press and hold the Green (✔️) and Red (❌) buttons simultaneously.
  2. Keep holding until the screen goes black and the device restarts.
  3. Wait for the device to fully reboot.

📝 This works on most PAX models (like A920, A80, etc.) and is safe for everyday use.

Solution 2 – Hard Restart (Force Reboot)

Use this if the soft restart doesn’t work or the device is completely unresponsive.

Steps:

  1. Disconnect the charger or power cable (if it’s plugged in).
  2. Wait for 2–5 minutes to allow any residual charge to drain.
  3. Reconnect the power and press the power button to turn the device back on.
  4. Wait until the device fully boots up.

⚠️ Avoid doing this frequently. If the issue continues, it may be a hardware or software problem needing deeper inspection.
