How to close Batch using Pax
🧾 Steps to Close Batch on PAX Terminal
- Â IF you are on cliqbux screen just do 4 corners 3 times first (Clockwise)
- You will be prompted to enter a password
👉 Enter today’s date in MMDDYYYY format (e.g., for June 13, 2025 → 06132025). - Once inside, tap Host Settings.
- Then tap Batch Close.
- Wait for the device to process the request.
- The terminal will print a batch report showing the total transactions for the day.
- ✅ Once completed, a message like “Batch Closed Successfully” or “Settlement Successful” will appear.

- If the device asks for confirmation, select YES.
- Make sure the device is connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
- Perform batch closing daily to ensure proper settlement.
